High Density mobile storage and filing systems have been manufactured in the United States since 1963. Under the name of Staller Cabinets, under the Direction of Maurice Staller, Marvin Staller and Leonard Staller.1970
The name was changed to Spacesaver Corporation in 1970 and sold under the Space- Saver logo.1991

Hi-Density Spacesaving Systems has been manufacturing High Density Filing and Storage Systems since 1991. High Density mobile storage and filing systems have been manufactured in the United States since 1963. Under the name of Staller Cabinets, under the Direction of Maurice Staller, Marvin Staller and Leonard Staller. The name was changed to Spacesaver Corporation in 1970 and sold under the Space- Saver logo.
Moveable Shelving was first used for schools and institutions as mobile file Storage. Moveable filing and storage systems consist of Mechanical Assist and Electrical rolling shelving and filing systems. Mobile filing systems are also used for weapons and aircraft parts. With the advance of electronic filing systems many medical facilities have discontinued using high density filing and storage systems. The Air force is using high density storage systems for parts, mobility bag, chemical gear and general high density storage. Lundia was one of the first to market High Density Storage systems in Schools and Institutions moveable filing systems. Maurice Staller was asked by Architect Larry Bray to develop a High Density storage System to use in Schools for high density Science Supplies, mobile storage system for art room supplies, and moveable storage systems for band instruments. Mechanical assist systems were first made in the mid 1970s. Prior to that, were manual high density storage and filing systems and Electrical Moveable filing Systems.
